Yesterday I got an idea that I decided had to be ready by today, the first day of April, so I stayed up half the night stitching and here it is. I'm planning to make one quilted bunny for the first day of every month, they will be available in my shop and all the money made will be donated to UNICEF. They're UNICEF bunnies!
This little quilted piece measures 6 x 8.5" and would look very nice framed as a wall hanging for a little person... or even a big person.
If you would like to own the April bunny, whilst also knowing that all your well spent dollars are helping to save the world just a tiny bit, hop over here:
Thanks!
that's such a lovely idea... And the bunny is very sweet. Definately an idea to keep going!

Oooh! This is something a lil different from what you have been posting lately. I like it and what a perfect time for your unicef bunny to arrive. Curious to see what you come up with next!

That is too adorable. So much talent! I'm such a huge fan of your work and tresure all of my pieces from you. Keep up the good work!
Also, I don't want to upset you with this, because i am sure the person has flattery as their intentions, but I spotted a rather large canvas out the front of an arts and craft store in Bondi Junction (Sydney) with a pretty much exact replica of one of your lovely ladies with the boat in her hair? It wasn't for sale or anything, just advertising arts craft supplies...I was just shocked to see it there. I suspect you have a secret admirer (or two) out there so perhaps that's the downside to having so much amazing talent?! I can get the number of the store if you would like to investigate further.
