Kiki Smith is one of my favouritest artists in the wooooorld. Along with Deborah Paauwe. I wish there were more printmakers around these days. The limited edition etching/ drypoint/ aquatint really seems to have fallen out of fashion in the past twenty or thirty years.
Kiki Smith is also one of my very favorite artists - I love how she isn't afraid to try new things and I agree with Clare on the printmaking aspect. Smith's printmaking work is some of the most inspiring to me.
